The Seven Deadly Sins

(Full view kind of recommended - (and kind of not since it depends what you're looking at, lol xP))

Bleh, I pretty much rushed this (particularly the backdrop!), but whatever.
This was kind of an experiment for me, I guess, since I don't photomanipulate often (second time I've ever done anything like this... I never completed my first one though). I used mass stockage on this... in fact, credits are as follows (it's a lot because I did each Deadly Sin individually at first):

(To stock providers - I'm doing this for a school project... our assignment is to create a project based on the Faust legend (the class focuses on the Faust legend). I'm creating a musical concept album. I wanted this to be part of the album art. I know some of you want permission for use outside of DA, so I will be contacting you guys individually if you noted that you want permission for outside use. If you didn't note it um... I'll just assume I can turn it in as a project, but I'll say here what I'll basically tell the others - this is a noncommercial academic project ... outside of DA, just my teacher and possibly the class will be seeing it. Your names and the link to all your pages will be credited as liner notes in the album booklet ... if you don't wish for me to show your parts to anyone outside of DA, please tell me soon (because this is due May 25), so I can make the necessary changes.)

So yeah, I used more than I probably even needed, as I would later kinda find out, haha, but it was fun anyway. Due to the size I created the Seven Deadly Sins in, I found it hard to squeeze them together into this (within dimensions of a CD album booklet sorta, though this is bigger in size, so I could shrink it later), so its hard to notice some smaller details (like the candle in Envy's heart). Maybe I'll release the Deadly Sins individually later, but I'm not sure yet, haha...

The Seven Deadly Sins are related to the Faust legend in that they appear to Faustus in Christopher Marlowe's "Dr. Faustus." The order in which the Sins appear in here, are the same in which they appear in his play (or at least, the version of the play I read).
If you're unfamiliar with the Faust legend, it's about a guy who sells his soul to the devil. What he sells his soul for is different, and what his fate is, has always depended on which storyteller you heard it from. The legend has influenced literature, theatre and opera, music, art, and much more. As for the concept album I'm making and its artwork, I'm making a more "modern/futuristic" interpretation of the tale.
