This is David Hayter dressed as Solid Snake. David Hayter is the voice of Snake, fyi. I was reading an EGM issue where they compared Hayter's looks to Snake's, and they had an uncanny resemblance, so I tried drawing Hayter out actually being Snake. And really, it is pretty hard to tell, unless you're thinking MGS2 Snake, then they look different, haha.
Done with a mechanical pencil, with some photographic references to draw Hayter and Snake's suit.
